Materials Needed
Shelf Liner
(2) Plates (different sizes)
Pen/Marker
Scissors
Rug (non-patterned or colored)
Painter’s Tape
Paint (color of your choice)
Paint Brush

Step #1: Using your shelf liner, trace plates onto the liner
Step #2: Cut out the circles
Step #3: Lay the circles on the rug overlapping them in three rows
Step #4: Tape rows on top of the circles. Tape up the edges
Step #5: Paint the entire rug (note: Jen recommends painting vs. spray painting as the spray paint may get under the tape)
